BOS Glass Inc. has been acquired by MVest.
Coldwater acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to BOS Glass Inc. (“BOS Glass” or the “Company”) on its sale to MVest Holdings (“MVest”).
Founded in 1987, BOS Glass is the pre-eminent provider of glass replacement and repair services for commercial, industrial, and upscale residential buildings in the GTA. The Company’s portfolio has grown to include many of Ontario’s landmarks and signature buildings.
MVest is an entrepreneurial investment firm focused on acquiring established GTA-based businesses in mature industries. MVest partners with entrepreneurs to grow their businesses by adding their expertise, experience and capital.
Coldwater identified MVest as a financial buyer with unique strategic industry ties, ensuring a strong fit for BOS Glass despite challenging market conditions. Coldwater also structured a post-closing earnout, securing additional value for shareholders. This transaction marked MVest’s first acquisition in the GTA market, which will continue to partner with BOS Glass’s existing management team and strengthen the company’s footprint in the market.
