Bathe & McLellan Ltd. has been acquired by a Private Buyer Group.
Coldwater acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to Bathe & McLellan (“B&M” or the “Company“) in connection with its sale to a former executive at National Concrete Accessories (“NCA”).
Founded in 1934 and headquartered in Oshawa, Ontario, Bathe & McLellan is a fourth-generation, family-owned building materials company. The Company supplies a broad range of roofing, masonry, landscaping, and aggregate products to professional contractors and retail customers across the Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area, backed by a long-standing reputation for service and quality.
The purchaser, a former NCA executive, intends to use B&M as a platform for additional acquisitions in Oshawa and the GTA, leveraging the Company’s strong customer base and the goodwill it has built over 90 years of operations.
Bathe & McLellan approached Coldwater to run a comprehensive sell-side mandate, conducting an extensive search across local, national, and international strategic purchasers before securing a strong outcome for the family shareholders.
