Women’s Executive Network has been acquired by Stevens Resource Group (SRG).
Coldwater acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to Women’s Executive Network (“WXN” or the “Company”) in connection with its sale to Stevens Resource Group (“SRG”).
WXN is a leading Canadian member-based organization dedicated to empowering women in the workforce. The Company provides a wide range of services, including training, events, mentoring, networking, and recognition programs to a network of more than 22,000 members.
SRG is an award-winning workforce management company with operations in Canada and the United States. The Company specializes in professional search, employee training, and development services for organizations across North America.
Coldwater identified SRG as a highly synergistic buyer and positioned the acquisition as an opportunity to expand SRG’s training and development services by leveraging WXN’s member base, while also providing WXN with resources to enhance and scale its mission.
