Peel Exterior Maintenance Inc. has been acquired by Arnts The Landscape Supplier Inc.
Coldwater acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Peel Exterior Maintenance (“Peel” or the “Company”) in connection with its sale to Arnts The Landscape Supplier Inc. (“Arnts”).
Founded in the late 1980s and headquartered in Brampton, Ontario, Peel is a regional leader in all-season exterior facilities maintenance, landscaping services, and snow and ice management. Peel also operates a large regional landscape depot offering bulk materials, aggregates and natural and fabricated stone products to a dedicated customer base.
Arnts, headquartered in Pickering, Ontario, is a leading provider of landscaping materials and topsoil across the Durham Region and surrounding markets.
Coldwater was retained by the owners of Peel to facilitate the sale of the business and to conduct extensive outreach among both financial and strategic buyers. Arnts acquired Peel to facilitate the geographic expansion of their existing business into the West while also supporting the remaining management team and its dedicated employee base.
