R&B Construction Services Inc. has completed a management buyout.
Coldwater acted as exclusive M&A advisor and legal counsel to the management team of R&B Construction Services Inc. (“R&B” or the “Company“) in connection with the management buyout of shares from the estate of a majority shareholder.
Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Southern Ontario, R&B specializes in civil work for electrical and telecommunication projects. The Company is recognized for its reliability, flexibility, and seasoned expertise, having completed more than 2,800 commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, many of which were complex in scope.
