Coldwater was retained to develop and implement a strategic plan for Marsia Foods (“Marsia” or the “Company“).
Marsia is a Toronto-based wholesale distributor, importer, and trader of food ingredients serving manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice operators across North America. With 13 warehouse locations in Canada and the United States and sourcing relationships in 32 countries, Marsia is one of the largest Canadian importers of dried fruits, nuts, and seeds.
Coldwater’s mandate involved creating and executing a comprehensive strategic plan that streamlined Marsia’s operations, enhanced revenue growth, and improved overall profitability.
